Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Product Owner to drive backlog management, align stakeholders and deliver value in a large transformation program. You should have strong agile expertise, excellent communication and leadership, and be able to balance conflicting stakeholder needs.

Banking domain exposure, especially credit card receivables, is a plus; certifications in Product Ownership are desirable.

• Backlog management and prioritization to maximize value
• Stakeholder alignment and clear communication across programs
• Demonstrated agile expertise with focus on business value of features
• Experience in large transformation programs and leadership in delivery
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs with strong analytical skills
• Banking domain experience, particularly as a Product Owner in banking
• Experience with credit card accounts receivable platforms is a plus
• Product Owner certifications are desirable
