Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a senior product professional in Chennai, India, to lead and own product backlog, translate strategies into execution, and continuously learn market needs. You will liaise between product and development teams and collaborate across functions to deliver value.

The role requires strong Agile experience and familiarity with Jira/Confluence, with a focus on building market-ready solutions. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in a product role (preferably in a product development company).
• Experience translating product strategies into actionable development tasks.
• Proven ability to learn markets and customer needs.
• Strong liaison between product and development teams.
• Accessible to development for answering questions and guidance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Conversant with Agile processes and ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
