Job summary

Saama Technologies is seeking an AI Product Owner to partner with our onsite AI Architecture team and drive initiatives across AI-SDLC, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The candidate will translate AI strategy into use cases, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and measurable outcomes, blending product management with modern AI concepts for impact.

This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore teams to ensure delivery of value, governance, and responsible AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product management/ownership in tech projects.
• Solid SDLC and software engineering process knowledge.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents.
• Proficient in Agile/backlog management.
• Experience collaborating with architecture teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog for AI-SDLC and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Identify AI opportunities across requirements, design, coding, testing, CI/CD, docs, modernization, and production support.
• Define and prioritize GenAI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
• Work with onsite AI architects, stakeholders, and offshore teams.
• Drive initiatives from idea POC MVP production/adoption.
• Track business value, productivity improvements, adoption, and ROI.
• Incorporate Responsible AI, security, governance, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
