Ciklum is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the delivery of a connected consumer grooming ecosystem, spanning mobile apps, IoT devices, firmware, BLE, and cloud services. You will turn approved Epics into clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, tasks, and a ready backlog for distributed teams.

As the product owner, you will coordinate with engineering, UX, QA, firmware and leadership to ensure scope is decomposed, traceable, and delivered with quality and business value.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Product Owner/Manager/BA roles in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence at scale translating Epics to User Stories and AC.
• Strong requirements engineering, stakeholder communication and prioritization.
• Hands-on software development experience delivering IoT integrations and mobile architectures.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the delivery of a connected consumer grooming ecosystem covering mobile applications, IoT devices, firmware integrations, BLE connectivity, and cloud-connected services.

The role executes the product delivery lifecycle by taking approved Epics created and owned by Product Management and translating them into clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, delivery tasks, and an implementation-ready backlog for distributed development teams.

Product Management retains accountability for creating, approving, and closing Epics, as well as setting product strategy, scope, priorities, and final business acceptance. This execution-focused Product Owner ensures the approved scope is decomposed, clarified, traceable, and delivered in coordination with engineering, UX, QA, firmware, and product leadership.

• 5+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst roles in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Proven experience managing Jira and Confluence at scale and translating approved Epics into high-quality User Stories, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong requirements engineering, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and distributed team collaboration skills.
• Proven hands‑on software development experience and demonstrated delivery of IoT integrations. Strong understanding of end-to-end global mobile application architecture, including system boundaries, mobile clients, APIs, cloud services, data flows, security, BLE connectivity, connected devices, firmware, integrations, and cross‑platform dependencies.
• Fluent English written and verbal communication.
