UST is seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Product Management, Requirements Gathering, and Market Research. The role owns product vision, backlog prioritization, and delivering business value through Agile practices.

The Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, using Jira, Stakeholder Management, Scrum, and Azure DevOps capabilities to support effective product delivery, while applying Competitive Analysis in the product context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product ownership or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, applying strong Product Management practices.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and product objectives.
• Lead Requirements Gathering, translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
• Create acceptance criteria and validate completed features against defined requirements.
• Apply Stakeholder Management skills when collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support Agile delivery activities using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Scrum activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive release planning and feature prioritization while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs.
• Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis to support informed product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Job Summary
