Job summary

Zensar in India is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Product Manager to drive lending domain initiatives for auto and equipment financing. You will gather requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate across stakeholders to shape user experiences and data-driven decisions.

As a key member of our product management group, you will lead with design thinking and agile principles, prioritizing value delivery while mentoring a technical team and influencing the direction of technology products.

Qualifications

• Experience with lending domain and credit workflows.
• Strong background in business analysis and backlog management.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead large technology projects or systems with limited oversight.
• Coach and delegate work to junior team members.
• Influence policy and practices for technology products.
