Job summary

XFactr .AI is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions for a global energy management and industrial automation client. You will work with engineering, design and business teams to define product vision, prioritise features and ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities include backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and coordinating releases across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level software products.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
