Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team in Gurugram seeks a seasoned Product Owner/Product Manager for enterprise/regulatory contexts in financial services. You will collaborate with Technology teams on requirements elaboration, backlog management, and delivery execution to support ongoing regulatory and platform initiatives within our Financial Crimes / GRC technology landscape.

The ideal candidate has strong PO/PM experience in regulated settings, familiarity with risk/compliance or data-driven platforms,

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in enterprise or regulatory environments.
• Ability to work closely with Technology teams on requirements elaboration, backlog management, and delivery execution.
• Experience with financial services, risk, compliance, or data‑driven platforms preferred.
