RX Global is seeking a Product Manager II to own one or more product features and drive execution from concept to delivery. Work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into prioritized requirements.

You will develop product plans, demonstrate progress to leaders, and contribute to digital and back-office platform enhancements that support Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions. This role emphasizes collaboration and customer-focused problem solving.

• Identify and propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize customer issues and product defects using relevant data and customer insights.
• Support timely resolution of production issues and communicate priorities effectively.
• Lead product demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital and back-office platforms supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.

About The Role

The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution. You will develop and manage product development plans, represent your feature area within a cross-functional team, and drive solutions that address customer needs through a deep understanding of customer pain points. You will also prioritize customer issues and defects, support timely resolution, and demonstrate product progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
