Overview

This is a senior-level Product Marketing Manager role for a B2B SaaS company.

The person will lead customer marketing and lifecycle marketing initiatives — focusing on existing customers (engagement, retention, advocacy, upsell, cross-sell). They will also manage a team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (US hours, EST overlap)

Location: Remote (India-based candidates okay)

Reports To: VP – Demand Generation & Revenue Strategy

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Build campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy (like NPS, testimonials, referrals, etc.).
    • Create lifecycle campaigns to support upsell, cross-sell, and adoption.
  2. Team Management
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketers (content, demand gen, design, etc.).
    • Maintain brand consistency using design tools like Canva.
    • Track and report campaign performance.
  3. Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Run multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social media, paid ads, webinars).
    • Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
    • Align with CRM (like Salesforce) for customer engagement.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Customer Success to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
    • Work with Sales to align messaging and support revenue goals.
    • Work with Product to communicate new features and collect user stories/case studies.
  5. Analytics & Optimization
    • Track KPIs such as customer engagement, campaign ROI, and conversion metrics.
    • Analyze data, optimize campaigns, and manage marketing budgets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 11–15 years total, with at least 5–6 years in people management
  • Industry: B2B SaaS (must have)
  • Specialization: Customer marketing / Lifecycle marketing (not just lead gen)
  • Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot (any marketing automation + CRM tools)
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills
  • Extras: Experience using AI tools for content, Canva templates, and OKR alignment
  • Work Culture Fit: Comfortable working remotely and cross-time zone (US hours)
