Job description

As a Product Manager (PM) within Marketing you will usually be office based. The role encompasses marketing and sales in collaboration with commercial management, headquarters (product brand planning), sales management, market access management, medical management, registration colleagues, communication agencies and market advice groups.

EXPERIENCE

  • Need two years experienced Product manager with sound knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacology, who can identify new therapeutic segments and new brands for the company.
  • To develop strategies for both new product launch and existing brands, who can propel the sales along with the sales team.
  • Also need to do field visits with the sales team to ensure that the strategies are implemented and develop KOL Doctors for the company.
  • To conduct cycle meetings for every quarter product launch meeting.

  • Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.

  • Provide direction, motivation training to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
  • Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force.
  • Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs etc.
