The candidate will work with design, engineering, sales, and marketing to drive backlog priorities, write user stories, and participate in sprint planning. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or Agile project roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Product Managers in defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews.
• Write user stories, product requirements, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning.

• Analyze product usage and post-launch feedback to suggest improvements.
• Work with the marketing team on product messaging and positioning.

• Use Jira or similar tools to track tasks and support sprint execution.
