Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a Product Manager for the Partner Experience Platform (PXP). You will steer development and deployment of capabilities that transform partner interactions, leveraging AI, data architecture, and evolving PX trends.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define features, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure secure, compliant experiences that elevate partner engagement and value across Cisco’s partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or program management, incl. AI/CX/PX products.
• 2+ years delivering scalable enterprise platforms with partner focus.
• 2+ years in product management with AI/CX/PX domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic products for Cisco’s PXP as an AI-powered partner experience solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and launch features that improve partner collaboration and workflows.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, ensuring security, compliance, and resilience of the experience.

Your Impact

As a Product Manager For The Partner Experience Platform (PXP) Within Our PXP Strategy & Development Team, You Will Drive The Development And Deployment Of Capabilities Within PXP That Transform Partner Experiences By Leveraging The Latest Advancements In AI, Capabilities And Data Architecture. You Will

• Drive strategic products that position Cisco’s Partner Experience Platform (PXP) as an industry leader in AI-powered partner experience (PX) solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and launch innovative PXP features that enhance partner collaboration, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable business value.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management to deliver features that empower partners and improve engagement, while ensuring robust security, compliance, and resilience of the experience
• Stay ahead of evolving trends in AI and PX by continuously evaluating advancements in technology and user expectations, defining strategies to deliver differentiated experiences for partners.
• Gather and analyze feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance PXP offerings and deliver world-class partner experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management experience, including recent experience in AI, customer experience (CX), and/or partner experience (PX) products.
• 2+ years of proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise platforms, with a strong emphasis on partner solutions.
• 2+ years of product management, with subject matter expert knowledge on AI, CX, PX, and/or related fields, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value for partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in product management, AI-powered experience platforms, partner ecosystems, or partner engagement solutions.
• Excellent written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, and critical thinking skills, enabling effective engagement with partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in solving challenges related to partner experience, data privacy, compliance, and integrating AI solutions to elevate the overall experience.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a related field, with demonstrated technical expertise and experience applying it to platform or experience solutions.
