Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define, develop, and deliver digital lending products in India.

You will own the product vision, collaborate with Business, Marketing, Technology, and external vendors, and translate insights into an MVP and roadmap, ensuring market fit and scalable growth. You bring 8-10 years in financial services or product startups, fintech exposure, and a sharp sense for customer problems, metrics, and learnability.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

8-10 Years of Experience in Financial Services / Product Startup with 2-3 years in having led and delivered product to the market Preferably in the Fintech / Digital Lending / NBFC areas but can come from any other consumer internet industry as well Work with various internal teams like Business, Marketing, Technology and external vendors to define the product vision, create product roadmap and MVP, work closely with technology teams to launch the product Have both macro and micro perspectives on the market opportunity, deep understanding and customer insights, unique point of view on how we can create our moats and help launch the product Bring in the right process tools / frameworks in defining requirements, creating use cases, capture market and customer feedback and help the tech teams to deliver the product Work closely with marketing and other teams in launching the product and on-board the customers and apply key lessons in growing the customer base Keep iterating on the customer requirements and improve the product Have a strong financial metrics to drive better unit economics and other key growth metrics Above all, a keen sense of learnability, curiosity and passionate believer in Digital First thinking and great product mindset in changing how Lending happens in India In summary, be the overall Product owner in defining, developing and delivering the right set of Digital Lending products to our customers with the right financial metrics.
