Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive roadmaps for ASR, TTS, and evaluation systems.
• Partner with engineering and research on data, training cycles, and model release planning.
• Set up and own evaluation frameworks and quality metrics (accuracy, latency, MOS, robustness).
• Run structured experiments (offline tests, A/Bs, human evaluations) to quantify improvements.
• Ensure scalable deployment and monitoring of models with infra/data teams.
• Translate user and business needs into measurable model goals.
• Provide clear communication on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building AI, applied AI, ML products, or model training pipelines.
• Familiarity with model lifecycle: training, tuning, deployment, monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate across research, engineering, and product teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to speech technologies (ASR, TTS) or evaluation pipelines.
• Experience with quality metrics like WER, CER, MOS, or latency tracking.
• Hands-on familiarity with SQL, Python, or ML toolkits.
