Job summary

Quantbot in Mumbai is seeking a product-focused professional to understand the product architecture, conduct market research, and develop new ideas based on trends.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive delivery within schedules, create MIS dashboards, and report key metrics daily, using data to drive action.

Education: B.Eng / B.Tech + MBA/PGDM preferred; graduates from IIT, NIT, IIM, ISB, BITs, ICT, FMS or SPJIMR or equivalent highly preferred.

• Knowledge: Acquire a strong technical understanding of the overall architecture and details of the product.
• Research: Conducting market research, gathering product data, competitor comparison and analysing customer research.
• Ideation: Creating and developing new product ideas based on new trends.
• Data-driven: An obsession with data and the ability to use it to drive action.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, such as product, engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales.
• Project Management: Working with various stakeholders to ensure product delivery within the time schedule.
• Reporting: Create MIS dashboards and track key metrics on a daily basis.
• Problem Solving: Conduct RCA and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve the same.
• Education: Educating internal departments on new features.

Education Qualifications:

• B.Eng / B.Tech + MBA/PGDM is highly preferred.
• Graduates / PG from IIT, NIT, IIM, ISB, BITs, ICT, FMS, SPJIMR or Equivalent will be highly preferred.
