Accountabilities

• Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify emerging trends, understand user challenges, and uncover opportunities for product innovation.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to inform product planning and development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to define product scope, coordinate execution, and support successful product launches.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, product specifications, and development priorities.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product briefs, requirements documents, user stories, specifications, and release notes.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate product discovery, improve documentation quality, generate product briefs, and develop prototypes that help validate concepts and requirements.
• Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development, launch, post‑launch evaluation, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor product performance using defined success metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and business impact.
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities, communicate priorities, manage expectations, and maintain alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to support iterative delivery, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a customer‑centric product culture by ensuring that product decisions are informed by evidence, measurable outcomes, and evolving business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise software or Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) environments.
• A minimum of 15 years of formal education.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and modern product development practices.
• Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and cross‑functional delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to support product decisions.
• Proficiency in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, product briefs, and technical or functional specifications.
• Practical knowledge of AI‑powered tools for creating product briefs, generating documentation, and developing prototypes to support product discovery and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate alternatives, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Outcome‑oriented mindset, including experience defining success metrics, tracking product performance, and measuring the impact of product initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product requirements, influence stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within a collaborative environment.
• A customer‑focused approach, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• An MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
• Experience launching products from the ground up, including zero‑to‑one product development, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the escrow, title insurance, or mortgage industries, including their business processes, workflows, and challenges, is desirable.
