Noise is seeking a Monetisation PM to own the entire monetisation journey for NoiseFit in India, from first open to renewal.
You will design pricing, paywalls, and bundles tailored to a price-sensitive market, and build an experimentation engine with clear metrics.
Collaborate with a data-driven team across product and engineering to unlock scalable revenue without compromising user trust.
Founded in 2014 by Amit Khatri and Gaurav Khatri, Noise began with a mission to democratize connected technology for every Indian.
Founded in 2014 by Amit Khatri and Gaurav Khatri, Noise began with a mission to democratize connected technology for every Indian.
Today, Noise is India's #1 smartwatch brand with more than 40 million users, an expanding ecosystem of smart wearables, and Bose as a strategic investor.
We're building products that millions rely on every day and we're looking for people who want to define what the next generation of connected consumer technology looks like.
India is the world's most interesting health-tech market right now.
Your job is to turn that scale into revenue — to build the monetisation engine that lets millions of free users become paying users, without breaking the trust that got them here.
Not a discount machine. Not a paywall bolted on at the end.
A growth engine. One that earns the upgrade.
This is what makes the role genuinely hard and genuinely interesting.
You’ll own monetisation for the entire NoiseFit app — the full journey from first open to first payment, and every renewal after.
We’re looking for someone with 2-4 years in PM with monetisation, growth, or revenue-adjacent experience.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
Ownership from day one: You're laying the foundations, not optimising the margins. The decisions you make in the first six months shape the revenue architecture for years.
Scale that gives you power: 40 million users means experiments reach statistical significance in days. A 1% conversion lift is a real business outcome you'll see clearly.
The India opportunity: Consumer monetisation in India is still being figured out. Western playbooks don't transfer cleanly. If you crack it here, you've built something that didn't exist before.
Real learning velocity: Direct access to senior PMs, a strong data team, and an engineering culture built for experimentation.
