Moneta Ventures is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for innovative solutions. You will own the end-to-end process, translating market signals into clear user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in high-growth environments and is proficient in leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in high-growth environments (SaaS, Automotive, or Deep Tech preferred).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written communication.
• CSPO OR PSPO or any product management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap.
• Convert ambiguous market signals into user stories and functional requirements.
• Define KPIs and use product analytics for iteration.
• Act as a bridge between Engineering, Design, Sales, and Executive leadership.
• Conduct continuous discovery to understand customer pain points.
• Prioritize the backlog effectively to maximize ROI.

About the Role

Job Title: Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Sibros, you aren't just managing a backlog—you are the architect of our product’s competitive edge. You will sit at the intersection of deep-tech engineering, business strategy, and user experience. We are looking for a "Product CEO" mindset: someone who can navigate the ambiguity of the automotive tech landscape, synthesize complex data into a clear vision, and lead cross-functional squads to deliver high‑impact results.

What you’ll do

• Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end product strategy product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with Sibros’ long-term business goals and market positioning.
• Translate Complexity: Convert ambiguous market signals and complex technical constraints into high-fidelity PRDs, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Drive Data‑Informed Iteration: Beyond just collecting metrics, you will define the KPIs that matter. You’ll use product analytics and A/B testing to pivot or persevere on key features.
• Lead Through Influence: Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Design, Sales, and Executive leadership, ensuring alignment without relying on formal authority.
• Champion the Customer: Be the "Voice of the User" in every room. You’ll conduct continuous discovery to deeply understand customer pain points before they even become "requirements."
• Optimize Value Delivery: Ruthlessly prioritize the backlog. You’ll make the hard trade‑off decisions between technical debt, feature requests, and strategic bets to maximize ROI.
