Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank in Mumbai is seeking a Product Manager – Farmer Finance to scale the Agri business by expanding products, channels, segments and customer base. You will work closely with Retail Banking, IT, Sales, Credit and BIU to deliver seamless banking experiences and drive scale while building teams and processes for consistent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Guide Agri business distribution to achieve defined targets.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to increase customer reach.
• Build partnerships with dealers, OEMs and channel partners.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest course corrections.
• Support product teams to offer differentiated offerings and drive growth.
• Work with analytics to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality.
• Improve Retail Banking processes and policies for higher customer service.
• Leverage internal synergies with stakeholders.

Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide distribution of Agri business ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of the assigned portfolio
• Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
• Support the Product team to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth
• Work with business analytics team to identify potential for x-sell
• Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area
• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
• Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
