Role requires 4–8 years in wealth management or related fields, with MBA in Finance or CFA preferred, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills for collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Wealth Management / Stock Broking / AMC / Private Banking.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products.
• MBA (Finance) or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the wealth product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and manage offerings across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and capital-market linked solutions
• Design client propositions leveraging in-house research and exchange capabilities
• Drive product innovation for retail, HNI, and franchise-led distribution channels
• Collaborate with Sales, Research, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
• Monitor product performance, margins, AUM growth and profitability metrics
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and exchange guidelines

Role Overview
