Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager Wealth in Mumbai to build and scale the firm’s wealth management product suite.

You will drive structured investment offerings, strengthen distribution, and grow AUM and revenue through product strategy and execution. The role focuses on retail, HNI, and franchise channels, partnering with Sales, Research, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver client propositions and cross-sell within the existing base.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Wealth Management / Stock Broking / AMC / Private Banking.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution models.
• Experience in product development, wealth platform management, or investment product strategy preferred.
• MBA (Finance) or CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the wealth product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and manage offerings across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Capital Market-linked solutions.
• Design client propositions leveraging in-house research and exchange capabilities.
• Drive product innovation for retail, HNI, and franchise-led distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Research, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
• Monitor product performance, margins, AUM growth, and profitability metrics.

Role Overview
