Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Product Management experience in cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
• Proven ownership of roadmaps, releases, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, multi-cloud, storage, and cloud-native infra.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and LLM applications.
• Hands-on Linux containers and Kubernetes experience.
• Understanding of distributed systems, SDN, and monitoring/logging.
• Knowledge of CNCF and open-source ecosystems.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience leading small teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain PRDs; collaborate with Eng, QA, and Support for GA releases.
• Establish processes for release notes, demos, docs, and field enablement.
• Lead and mentor a team of three in product marketing and technical publications.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy across AI/ML, LLMs, and multi-cloud infra.
• Engage with customers, analysts, partners, and open-source communities for feedback.
• Document user insights to influence product direction and prioritization.
• Conduct competitive research to strengthen product positioning.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/Field for GTM strategies and sales enablement.
• Develop technical presentations, blogs, demos, and collateral.
• Review technical docs for accuracy and release readiness.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for timely, high-quality releases.

The ideal candidate willhave strong expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, multi-cloudenvironments, and persistent storage technologies.

The role involves working closely with Engineering, QA,Marketing, Sales, Support, and Field teams to deliver high-quality productreleases, strengthen go-to-market initiatives, and drive innovation acrossAI/ML, LLMs, and cloud-native technologies. The candidate will also lead asmall team responsible for product marketing content, technical publications,and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define,own, and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with businessobjectives and customer requirements.
  
• Developand maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and collaborate withEngineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful GeneralAvailability (GA) releases.
  
• Establishstandardized processes for release notes, demo readiness, productdocumentation, and field enablement.
  
• Leadand mentor a team of three direct reports specializing in productmarketing and technical publications.
  
• Collaboratewith leadership to shape product strategy across AI/ML, LLMs, multi-cloudinfrastructure, Kubernetes, and storage technologies.
  
• Engagewith customers, analysts, partners, and open-source communities to gatherfeedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
  
• Collect,analyze, and document user and community insights to influence productdirection and prioritization.
  
• Conductcompetitive research across commercial and open-source solutions tostrengthen product positioning and roadmap decisions.
  
• Partnerwith Sales, Marketing, and Field teams to support go-to-market strategies,product demonstrations, and sales enablement.
  
• Developand review technical presentations, blogs, demos, and other productcollateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  
• Reviewtechnical documentation and provide feedback to ensure accuracy,consistency, and readiness for product releases.
  
• Drivecross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery, high productquality, and alignment with customer expectations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10+years of experience in Product Management, preferably within cloudinfrastructure, enterprise software, Kubernetes, or cloud-nativetechnologies.
  
• Provenexperience owning product roadmaps, managing product releases, and drivingcross-functional execution.
  
• Strongunderstanding of Kubernetes, multi-cloud architectures, persistentstorage, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  
• Familiaritywith AI/ML technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
  
• Hands-onknowledge of Linux and practical experience with Linux containers andKubernetes technologies.
  
• Understandingof distributed systems, storage technologies, Software-Defined Networking(SDN), enterprise logging, and monitoring solutions.
  
• Strongknowledge of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) ecosystem andopen-source technologies.
  
• Experienceworking with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google CloudPlatform (GCP).
  
• Demonstratedexperience managing small teams and collaborating with cross-functionalstakeholders.
  
• Strongunderstanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecyclemanagement.
  
• Excellentwritten, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relateddiscipline.
