Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch, including design, development, testing, and rollout.
• Monitor product performance and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of financial software solutions like Investwell and RedVision.
• Ensure software projects are on time, within budget, scalable and secure.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Develop product strategies and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and compliance, to develop and launch products.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product design, development, testing, and rollout.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

C) Software Management:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial software solutions, including Mutual Fund Software like Investwell and RedVision.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure software solutions meet product specifications and market demands.
• Manage software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Monitor software performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements as needed.
