Job summary

Synoriq R&D Private Limited invites an Associate Product Manager to shape product requirements for banking and financial services verticals. You will gather client needs, write user stories, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver value.

You will use Figma for wireframes, participate in Agile ceremonies, and translate business problems into practical solutions that enhance user experience and drive product success.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/MBA or 1+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 70% marks across 10th, 12th and Graduation.
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, BA, or related role.
• Good understanding of product development and software development lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with Figma and ability to understand/create basic wireframes.
• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to conduct market and competitor research.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business and client requirements into clear product requirements.
• Perform Business Analysis including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Work with clients to understand their challenges, expectations, and product requirements.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on feedback, requirements, and market trends.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to define user flows, wireframes, and product experiences.
• Use Figma to create, review or modify wireframes and UI designs.
• Prepare user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and other product docs.
• Coordinate with developers and QA to ensure correct implementation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Prioritize features based on customer requirements, business impact, and feasibility.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into product improvements.

Our product team is broadly dispersed throughout a variety of industries, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, and other fields. As an Associate Product Manager for the products and solutions in these verticals, you will have a crucial role to perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business and client requirements and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Perform Business Analysis (BA) , including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Work with clients to understand their challenges, expectations, and product requirements.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and improvement based on client feedback, business requirements, and market trends.
• Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and identify potential product opportunities.
• Work closely with the team to define user flows, wireframes, and product experiences.
• Use Figma to create, review, or modify wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI/UX designs.
• Ensure that product designs are aligned with business requirements and provide a good user experience.
• Prepare user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation .
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer requirements, business impact, and feasibility.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback into product improvements.
• Monitor the progress of product enhancements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely delivery.
• Communicate product requirements, updates, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• B.Tech/MBA or 1 years+ of related experience
• Candidates should have a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout their academic career, including 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role .
  
• Good understanding of product development and software development lifecycle .
  
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles .
  
• Familiarity with Figma and the ability to understand/create basic wireframes and prototypes.
