Job summary

Splan Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for AI-powered PIAM, Visitor Management, Workforce Identity, and Workplace Experience solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, customers, partners, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative enterprise products. You will own the product vision, write detailed requirements and user stories, drive sprint planning and releases, and measure success with KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write detailed product specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
