Job Summary

The position will assist in increasing the profitability of existing products and aid in developing new products for the company. The role is responsible for building products from existing ideas or helping develop new ones based on their experience, representing the interests and needs of customers, prospects, and partners.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and plans to increase overall usage and user satisfaction
• Assist in translating business goals and objectives into a concrete strategy and tactical plan
• Assess and specify market requirements for current and future products through market research and ongoing discussions with internal clients and client‑facing teams
• Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Develop, implement, and manage product features in collaboration with development partners
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive product requirements and statements of work
• Provide feedback on product costs and budget impact

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
