Job summary

3SC is seeking a Product Manager IBP with 3+ years of experience in product management, supply chain planning, or ERP/IBP solutions. You will drive design, development, and delivery of IBP solutions to optimize demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning.

You will lead the lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborate with engineering, design, finance, and sales, conduct market analysis, translate needs into user stories, and ensure adoption of IBP solutions while aligning with business

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in supply chain planning or ERP/IBP.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and financial planning.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms (SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and change management.
