Job summary

Lennox is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of expertise in SAP IBP, including Order-Based Planning (OBP), to drive end-to-end IBP delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure scalable IBP solutions, manage deployments and ongoing improvements, and mentor teams in Agile practices using Azure DevOps and MS Project.

Based in Chennai, this role offers hands-on responsibilities across requirements, design, testing, and support in a dynamic supply chain

Qualifications

• Requires SAP IBP implementation experience with OBP exposure.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts: capacity planning, inventory, demand forecasting.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle SAP IBP projects (requirements to support).
• Excellent communication skills are preferred.

The role requires strong capabilities in collaborating with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, designing and configuring scalable IBP solutions, and owning deployment and operational management, with a deep interest in Supply chain solutions.

Experience Required

• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP IBP Implementation, with minimum of 2 years in Order Based planning.

Critical Skills Required

• Technical Expertise: knowledge of SAP IBP Response & Supply, particularly Order-Based Planning (OBP), as well as proficiency in integration tools like CPI-DS.
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain concepts such as capacity planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Project Experience: Demonstrated experience with at least one full life cycle SAP IBP implementation.
• Preferred to have excellent Communication Skills
