Job summary

Cars24 is seeking a Design Lead to head product design and manage a small team of 2–3 designers in Gurgaon. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth to ship AI-powered experiences and ensure end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product design (B2C/marketplace a plus), with strengths in checkout flows, pricing, discounts, and gamification, and a passion for AI-enabled workflows. Mentoring designers while staying hands-on is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience (B2C / marketplace is a plus).
• Experience in user checkout flows, pricing, discounting & gamification.
• Love designing AI-powered workflows and interfaces.
• Explored prompt-driven or LLM-enabled product experiences.
• Strong in UX thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Capable of end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.
• Enjoy mentoring designers while staying hands-on.
