Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Product Leader with 8-10 years in financial services or startup product roles to drive digital lending initiatives in India.

You will own the product vision, develop roadmaps, and partner with Business, Marketing, and Technology teams. You will balance market opportunity with customer insights, define use cases, work with tech to launch MVPs, and iterate rapidly to improve unit economics and growth metrics.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of product management techniques and tools.
• Prior experience leading product teams with successful launches in fintech/consumer products.
• Hands-on experience in strategy, roadmap definition, creating use cases/stories, product development and collaborating with internal/external teams.
• Have developed product features and growth hacks using product management tools and frameworks.
• Prior experience working with stakeholders in highly regulated, hyper-competitive landscapes is a plus.
• Extremely passionate about product management and digital-first thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, create roadmap and MVP; work with technology teams to launch the product.
• Have macro and micro perspectives on market opportunity with customer insights; build moats and support launch.
• Define requirements, create use cases, capture market and customer feedback, and help tech teams deliver the product.
• Work with marketing and other teams to launch the product and onboard customers, applying lessons to grow the user base.
• Iterate on customer requirements and improve the product; focus on key growth metrics.
• Be the overall Product owner in defining, developing and delivering the right set of digital lending products with strong financial metrics.

Role & responsibilities

8-10 Years of Experience in Financial Services / Product Startup with 2-3 years in having led and delivered product to the market

Preferably in the Fintech / Digital Lending / NBFC areas but can come from any other consumer internet industry as well

Work with various internal teams like Business, Marketing, Technology and external vendors to define the product vision, create product roadmap and MVP, work closely with technology teams to launch the product

Have both macro and micro perspectives on the market opportunity, deep understanding and customer insights, unique point of view on how we can create our moats and help launch the product

Bring in the right process tools / frameworks in defining requirements, creating use cases, capture market and customer feedback and help the tech teams to deliver the product

Work closely with marketing and other teams in launching the product and on-board the customers and apply key lessons in growing the customer base

Keep iterating on the customer requirements and improve the product

Have a strong financial metrics to drive better unit economics and other key growth metrics

Above all, a keen sense of learnability, curiosity and passionate believer in Digital First thinking and great product mindset in changing how Lending happens in India

In summary, be the overall Product owner in defining, developing and delivering the right set of Digital Lending products to our customers with the right financial metrics.
