Job summary

Epam Systems in India is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead platform strategy, align business and technical stakeholders, and oversee the full product lifecycle.

You will coordinate requirements, lead training sessions, drive cross‑functional collaboration, guide design and delivery, and oversee UAT and ongoing platform maintenance with a small team and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform updates
• Work with a team of 3-5 colleagues and liaise with third-party vendors as needed to accomplish project objectives

Requirements

• 12-18 years of overall IT experience, with strong grounding in product management, product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to align platform capabilities with user needs
• Capability to manage stakeholders and balance diverse expectations across business and technical groups
• Background in designing and delivering training programs tailored to different user groups and skill levels
• Skill in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Demonstrated history of fostering cross-functional collaboration and enabling effective communication across departments
