Job summary

Soch Street, a Chennai-based travel platform, seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end post-booking customer journey for B2C. You will build AI agents, automate support, documentation, refunds, and operational workflows to boost satisfaction and efficiency.

You will write PRDs, design AI workflows, drive product execution, and mentor a Product Manager. 5+ years in product management with hands-on AI/LLM experience, prompt engineering, and strong SQL skills are required.
