Job summary

super.money, India’s fastest-growing fintech backed by Flipkart, seeks a Product Manager - UPI to lead the core UPI ecosystem from Bangalore. You will own the end-to-end roadmap, work with NPCI and partner banks, and push growth through data-driven experimentation and feature launches.

With 3+ years in high-growth B2C fintech roles, you will drive funnel optimization, improve transaction success, and scale the UPI product to achieve market dominance in India’s digital payments space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management at high-growth B2C startups.
• Must have: Prior experience managing UPI, digital payments, or consumer fintech products.
• Proficient in SQL and product analytics tools; comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and A/B experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the core UPI product, driving growth and GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with NPCI, banking partners, and other stakeholders to optimize the UPI experience and reduce friction.
• Drive data-driven growth by tracking North Star metrics, running experiments, and improving funnel conversion and retention.

About the Role

super.money, India’s fastest-growing fintech, Flipkart-backed platform processing over 400 million monthly transactions, and the 5th largest UPI app in India, is seeking a Product Manager - UPI. This Bangalore-based, full-time role offers the opportunity to lead all aspects of our core UPI ecosystem. You will focus heavily on UPI growth, continuous experience improvements, and all accompanying aspects of our UPI product.

What You’ll Build (The Mission)

• Product Strategy & GTM: Own the end-to-end roadmap for our core UPI product. Help deliver the vertical's growth targets and drive the go-to-market strategy for all new offerings to achieve dominance among digital payment users.
• Experience & Payment Innovation: Work with different internal functions and external partners like NPCI, Banking partners etc. to ensure a flawless UPI experience. Optimize payment flows to reduce friction, improve success rates, and launch the newer UPI ecosystem features.
• Data-Driven Growth: Own the North Star metrics: transaction success rates, daily active users (DAU), funnel conversion, and user retention. Run continuous experimentation to build a self-reinforcing growth flywheel.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in Product Management at high-growth B2C startups.
• Must have: Prior experience managing UPI, digital payments, or consumer fintech products.
• Proficient in SQL, product analytics tools (Amplitude, Moengage etc.), and comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and A/B experimentation.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-speed environments. Able to make 80/20 decisions and ship quality products fast.
• Preferred: Scaling a product experience; you have inherited a successful product & taken it to the next level of scale.
