Tekion is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead the Tekion CRM product team. You will own core CRM capabilities for automotive dealer-led sales, engagement, and lifecycle management at scale.

As a product leader, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. This role emphasizes customer empathy, platform thinking, and execution velocity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
• MBA or Engineering degree from a top-tier institution.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/OEM data.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Tekion CRM capabilities—from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap aligned with goals and platform vision.
• Drive adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with GTM and Customer Success to translate features into dealer value.
• Be the voice of the customer, mapping dealership workflows and lifecycle needs.
• Gather feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform decisions.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for product areas; use data to prioritize investments.
• Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and CS.
• Design scalable solutions configurable across dealer sizes, regions, OEMs.
• Mentor PMs and promote best practices, rituals, and decision frameworks.
• Enable teams to move fast with clear priorities and trade-offs.

We are seeking a Manager, Product Management to join the Tekion CRM Product Team. In this role, you will own and evolve core CRM capabilities that power lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships at scale. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex domains, brings strong customer empathy, and can balance long-term platform thinking with near-term execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Own Product Strategy and Outcomes:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core Tekion CRM capabilities - from discovery and definition to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals, customer needs, and platform vision.

Drive Business Impact:

• Drive adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction for Tekion CRM, with clear accountability for usage, conversion, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with GTM and Customer Success teams to ensure features translate into real dealer value.

Customer-Centric Product Development:

• Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding dealership workflows, sales processes, and lifecycle needs.
• Continuously gather and synthesise customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Define success metrics and KPIs for your product areas.
• Use data to prioritise investments, evaluate trade-offs, and guide iteration post-launch.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Align stakeholders across product verticals to ensure roadmap coherence and platform consistency.

Platform and Scale Thinking:

• Design solutions that scale across dealership sizes, regions, and OEM requirements.
• Balance speed with quality, ensuring solutions are configurable, extensible, and sustainable.

Mentorship and Product Excellence:

• Managing Product Managers, setting a high bar for product thinking, execution, and customer empathy.
• Influence product best practices, planning rituals, and decision-making frameworks across the team.

Execution with Velocity:

• Enable teams to move fast without breaking things - clarifying priorities, managing dependencies, and making informed trade-offs to hit both short-term goals and long-term bets.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to align stakeholders across functions.
• Hands-on product leader with strong judgment and bias for action.
• End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including post-launch iteration.
• Experience building scalable systems and processes.
• AI/ ML product management experience.
• Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/ OEM data.
