Job summary

Refyne India is building a native insurance vertical within the Refyne app to provide Motor, Health, Life and other insurance offerings for salaried workers across India. As PM2 for Resure by Refyne, you will own the end-to-end consumer experience and design core product architecture and middleware for insurer integrations.

You will lead a 0-1 opportunity to scale the insurance business, partnering with engineering, legal, and operations to meet IRDAI standards and deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of product management experience owning 0-1 consumer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, data-driven decision making.
• Background in API normalization, middleware, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive 0-1 product vision, roadmap, and execution for Resure by Refyne across purchase, funnels, and claims.
• Design the overall design overlay and sub-brand identity for insurance surfaces within the Refyne app.
• Architect core platform middleware to normalize insurer data for quotes, proposals, payments, policy issuance, and claims.
• Build friction-free digital purchase journeys for Motor, Health, Life, and other offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

At Refyne, we're building the financial infrastructure that powers millions of employees across India. With Resure by Refyne, we are extending our financial wellness platform into insurance, building a native insurance vertical to offer seamless Motor, Health, and Credit Protect solutions directly within the Refyne app.

As a PM2 for Resure by Refyne, you will own a true 0-1 opportunity to build and scale our insurance business. You will lead the end-to-end consumer experience—including intuitive purchase journeys, product funnels, engagement tools, and claims experiences—while designing the core product architecture and middleware that normalizes integrations across multiple insurer partners. Your work will set the foundational layer for insurance accessibility and financial protection for millions of salaried workers. Our goal is to create a platform with privileged access to insurance offerings for the salaried class of India.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Drive the 0-1 product vision, roadmap, and execution for Resure by Refyne, owning the end-to-end consumer experience across purchase flows, product funnels, and claims.
• Reimagine and design the overall design overlay and sub-brand identity for insurance surfaces within the Refyne app ecosystem.
• Architect and stand up core platform middleware to normalize data across insurer APIs for quotes, proposals, payments, policy issuance, and claims.
• Build friction-free digital purchase journeys for lines such as Motor, Health, Life, and other key insurance offerings.
• Develop and launch engagement and value-added services to drive user engagement between purchase cycles.
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Insurance operations to ensure compliance with IRDAI regulatory guidelines
• Champion product quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the lending platform.

• Have a minimum of 4-5 years of overall experience in Product Management owning 0-1 consumer journeys, with a preference for candidates with an insurance and fintech background.
• Are analytical by nature and comfortable working with SQL, Python, data, and technical concepts to make informed product decisions.
• Demonstrate a strong background in API normalization, middleware architecture, and platform integrations.
• Take ownership from idea to execution and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and fast-moving environments.
