Job description

Requirements:

• 2+ years of overall career experience, with meaningful exposure to B2B SaaS product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Technically sound, with a good understanding of APIs, integrations with other systems, and how software products are built and deployed.
• Strong problem-solving ability, able to break down complex or ambiguous issues into structured, actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle client/customer escalations calmly and effectively, working cross-functionally to drive resolution.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• A hardworking, ownership-driven mindset with the willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Passion for AI/ML technologies and interest in the insurance/fintech space.
• Hands-on exposure to (or strong working knowledge of) LLM-based tools/APIs, prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks (e. g., LangChain, AI workflow builders) is a plus.
