Job summary

Contrails AI in Bengaluru seeks a hands-on Product Manager who has taken an idea from concept to launch in a fast-paced AI startup. You will work with founders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to validate customer needs, build MVPs, run pilots, and manage end-to-end execution.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, technical literacy, and excellent communication as you navigate uncertainty and ship customer-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Product Management experience in a startup or SaaS.
• Proven product-building experience; this is a mandatory requirement.
• Ownership of end-to-end product execution, from identifying a problem to launching a solution.
• Strong analytical thinking and first-principles problem-solving.
• Technical understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and product development workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Notion, and product analytics tools.
• Interest or experience in AI, trust and safety, content moderation, or cybersecurity products.
