Job summary

Freight Tiger in Bengaluru is seeking a PM to own the end-to-end Part Truckload (PTL) module, covering booking, tracking, and invoicing. You’ll work with engineering, operations, and finance to sharpen the product and drive measurable outcomes.

You will define the PTL roadmap, oversee multi-courier dispatch, and drive real-time tracking improvements while collaborating on API integrations and billing workflows. Expect data-driven decision making and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of PM experience, with 1-2 years in a SaaS product environment.
• Logistics domain knowledge - courier/3PL operations, PTL/LTL mechanics, or last-mile/mid-mile workflows.
• Courier process familiarity - AWB generation, pickup scheduling, POD flows, and NDR handling.
• Experience owning or contributing to booking/order management or invoicing product surfaces.
• Comfortable reading API documentation and working with engineering on integration-heavy features.
• Strong analytical instincts - can size a problem, define a metric, and tell a coherent story with data.
• Able to write clear, unambiguous product specs independently.
• Experience with freight billing, invoice reconciliation, or dispute workflows.
• Exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS with multi-tenant or multi-org complexity.
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, Jira, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for PTL order creation, booking flows, multi-courier dispatch logic, and real-time tracking

• Write crisp PRDs with clear acceptance criteria; collaborate closely with engineering through sprint cycles

About the Role
