Job summary

Difacto Robotics And Automation is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for robotics and automation solutions. You will identify opportunities across intralogistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and smart factories, translating customer needs into features and leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and R&D, and work with sales to position solutions, support pre‑sales, and engage with key customers.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product roadmap for robotics and automation solutions
• Identify market opportunities in intralogistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and smart factories
• Analyze competitors, customer needs, and emerging technologies

Product Development

• Work closely with engineering, design, and R&D teams
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and features
• Drive lifecycle from ideation, prototyping, validation, to launch
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Sales Enablement & Business Development

• Partner with sales teams to position solutions effectively
• Support pre‑sales: demos, proposals, and technical discussions
• Engage directly with key customers to understand pain points
• Develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market plans

Customer & Market Engagement

• Act as the voice of the customer
• Conduct site visits and analyze real‑world use cases
• Build relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners

Cross‑functional Leadership

• Coordinate between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations
• Drive execution timelines and ensure successful launches
• Track product performance and continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• Product Management (robotics/automation preferred), OR Engineering + Sales in industrial/automation solutions
• Exposure to robotics, AGVs/AMRs, warehouse automation, or smart manufacturing
• MBA or business exposure is a plus
