Job description

We are looking for Product Managers who are builders. People who can move from customer insight to shipped product quickly, and increasingly, through AI-native systems. You will own products across our enterprise and insurance platforms and help shape how AI augments healthcare, policy coverage, claims and support workflows, decision-making, and member experiences. This includes building agentic workflows, deploying LLM‑powered systems, and designing products where software and AI work together seamlessly. This role reports to the Lead PM and requires a combination of product thinking, technical fluency, and execution ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of key products across Loop's enterprise and insurance platforms.
• Design and ship AI‑first product experiences using LLMs, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Move quickly from problem discovery to product shipping by building prototypes, experiments, and production features.
• Work directly with engineering, design, and data teams to deploy agentic workflows, automation, and AI‑enabled decision systems.
• Define and run product experiments, evaluation frameworks, and model performance benchmarks.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders across sales, operations, medical teams, and customer success to build products that scale.
• Drive clarity and decision‑making across competing priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.
