Qualifications

• Ability to define strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and releases across a portfolio.
• Experience embedding risk, controls, and governance into delivery.
• Knowledge of APIs, workflow platforms, data and automation; AI/agents familiarity a plus.

As a Vice President in WLS Product and Transformation, you will lead the Servicing FLOW and CRE product portfolios accountable for product strategy, roadmap execution, operational readiness, risk and control alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

Job responsibilities

• Define and communicate the multi-year vision, target state, and prioritized roadmap for Servicing E2E (FLOW and Commercial Real Estate).
• Translate business strategy, client/user needs, operational pain points, and control requirements into sequenced, measurable product outcomes.
• Own portfolio scope, value cases, dependencies, governance/decision forums, and executive reporting; drive transparent trade-offs across value, risk, effort, and urgency.
• Ensure delivery aligns with WLS servicing strategy, platform direction, and simplification objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and requirements through design, build, testing, implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Define and manage epics, features, acceptance criteria, release readiness gates, and success measures across multiple delivery pods.
• Modernize servicing workflows (requests, email intake, classification, routing, case assignment, quick-close, and straight-through processing opportunities).
• Proactively manage cross-program dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints, and production issues; escalated with options and recommended decisions.
• Shape and scale responsible automation (rule-based, ML, generative AI, and agentic solutions), including operating design for agents, human-in-the-loop review, exceptions, and integrations.
• Leverage operational and control data (volume, handling time, accuracy, adoption) to identify opportunities, size value, prioritize use cases, and track outcomes; partner with Technology/Data on architecture, data quality, performance, observability, resilience, and production support.
• Embed risk, controls, and governance throughout delivery and BAU operation (traceability, approvals, documentation, audit readiness, monitoring); ensure operational readiness and sustained in adoption via SOPs/UAT/training, phased rollout and hypercare, feedback loops, and BAU ownership/support.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 12 years of relevant experience across product management, transformation, operations, technology delivery or financial services, including leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of wholesale or commercial lending servicing, email and workflow operations, case management, operational controls and end-to-end process design.
• Ability to define strategy, create roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, lead discovery , deliver releases and realize measurable outcomes across a portfolio.
• Practical experience embedding risk, control, governance, documentation, testing, monitoring and track auditability into change delivery.
• Working knowledge of APIs, workflow platforms , data, analytics, automation, generative AI or agents , human-in-the-loop designs and production monitoring (deep coding expertise not required).
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams, influence senior stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, make decisions and communicate complex artifacts in clear business language.
