Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Manager in Product Management to lead the development of innovative software solutions and drive digital transformation for a diverse client portfolio across geographies. You will guide cross-functional teams, apply AI and data-informed decision-making, and craft compelling client communications to deliver high-impact results.

As a Senior Manager in Product Management, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance, using your skills to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. • Promoting the use of advanced methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Validating software quality through rigorous testing and debugging processes

• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement

• Hands‑on with AI tools in their own workflow — has used AI‑assisted tooling to produce working prototypes, wireframes, or internal tools themselves.
• Practical understanding of how AI products behave knows outputs are probabilistic, has thought about how to tell whether a model’s answers are actually good, and can talk sensibly about accuracy, cost, latency, and where AI is the wrong tool.
