Job summary

IDfy Labs, within IDfy, is seeking a product leader to uncover growth opportunities and build new ventures from ground up. You will work closely with the CEO to drive 0-1 initiatives in the AI-driven trust space, turning ambiguous problems into scalable products.

You will identify white-space opportunities, validate ideas through experimentation, and own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to market, influencing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business.

Qualifications

• MBA from tier 1 institute with 3-9 years of relevant PM/Innovation experience.
• Proven ability to launch new initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong customer discovery and validation skills with interviews and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Identify white-space opportunities through customer insights, market research, and emerging technology trends.
• Validate new product ideas through customer discovery, hypothesis testing, rapid experimentation, and proof-of-concepts.
• Define product vision, strategy, and business cases for new ventures, taking ideas from concept to Product-Market Fit.
• Build and iterate MVPs in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business teams, using customer feedback and data to guide decisions.
• Design and execute experiments to validate desirability, feasibility, viability, and scalability before investing in full-scale development.
• Own the end-to-end innovation lifecycle - from ideation and prototyping to pilot launches, early customer adoption, and successful handover for scale.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and advancements in AI to identify the next opportunities for IDfy.

About IDfy Labs

IDfy Labs is an entrepreneurial team within IDfy that is going to be working on fundamentally futuristic products in the Trust space. Our endeavor here is to work on products that will change the way our customers look at Fraud. This role is highly collaborative and you will work closely on not just the latest technologies, the focus will be on solving problems together with CEO (Ashok Hariharan), this will be a small team of 4-5 people across functions. This will be a crash course on building a product fast, taking it to market, and driving this 0-1 journey for the next generation of IDfy products.

You must be deeply customer-obsessed, naturally curious, and thrive in ambiguity. You will be responsible for identifying emerging opportunities, validating new ideas, and building entirely new products and businesses from the ground up.

• MBA from tier 1 Institute with 3-9 years of experience in Product Management, Innovation, Venture Building, Strategy Consulting, Product Strategy, Founders Office, or 0-1 product development within B2B SaaS, fintech, AI, or platform businesses.
• Exceptional problem-solving and first-principles thinking—you enjoy solving problems that have no predefined answers.
• Proven experience building products or launching new initiatives from scratch, taking ideas from concept to execution.
• Strong customer discovery and product validation skills, with experience conducting interviews, testing hypotheses, and iterating rapidly.
• High analytical ability with a data-driven approach to experimentation and decision-making.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and fast-moving environments where the path is rarely defined.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Engineering, Business, Design, and Leadership teams.
