Job summary

Johnson Controls, Pune, India, invites a senior Water Cooled Chiller design professional to lead product development initiatives. The candidate will establish a dedicated technical team, align with the Engineering Manager on yearly goals, and drive roadmaps across global projects to meet market needs.

Requirements include 5+ years in water cooled chiller development, strong knowledge of relevant standards, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• More than 5 years experience in Water Cooled Chiller Design and development.
• Familiar with related product technical knowledge and international standards.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Based on the long-term plan of product development, establish and develop the Water Cooled Chiller product development team.
• Work with the Engineering Manager to set annual goals and supervise implementation.
• Assist Water Cooled product management to develop and implement the product roadmap.
• Organize the department to carry out Water Cooled product development and innovation to meet market needs.
• Lead or participate in global Water-Cooled product development and improvement projects; coordinate schedules and resources.
• Technical review of non-standard contract design and detailed design of non-standard orders; timely delivery of technical documents.

Qualifications

• Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Working experience: more than 5 years’ experience in Water Cooled Chiller Design and development
• Abilities and skills: Familiar with related product technical knowledge, at least five years of Water conditioning and refrigeration system development experience; Familiar with all kinds of domestic and international technical standards of related products; Good written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to make full use of various resources
