Job description

Role & responsibilities

• New Product - Read & Understand the customer RFQ, Feasibility analysis study
• Specification resolution with customer / Plants - Customer visits / actions to be followed up.
• Spec finalization through reverse engineering
• Generation of VA / VE proposal
• DFMEA Revisions
• Analysis & report preparation of new engine validation tested components
• Capturing basic information relevant to the field failure & supports for failure investigations

• Customer interaction
• CAD Experience
• Measurement equipment's to be handled
• APQP - New product development process
• Bench mark study
• QFD / DFMEA
• Soft & hard skilled
