Job summary

Bosch Ltd. in India is seeking engineers for product development and customer sub-projects in diesel fuel injection.

You will manage development work packages, ensure engineering quality per BES_PE standards, and drive project delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role involves knowledge of product development processes, engineering drawings, and standards, plus exposure to data analytics, machine learning concepts, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical related field).
• 1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation.
• Exposure to Project management work packages.
• Good knowledge in Product development process, Engineering Drawings, Design Standards and BES process.
• Knowledge on standards/norms, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerancing, Design, material, reliability.
• Knowledge of IC engines and connected systems, Manufacturing, quality and procurement process of auto components.
• Good knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, and measurement procedure.
• Knowledge on Data analytics and Machine learning concepts.
• Ability to think out of the box.
• Good communication skills.
• Aptitude for in-depth technical tasks.
• Good analytical reasoning ability.

Responsibilities

• Execute product development work packages and customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection to meet Time, Quality & cost targets.
• Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards; provide necessary verification for customer satisfaction.
• Organize and execute customer sub-projects with high quality delivery and client alignment.
• Provide technical inputs and help resolve issues; notify risks and report development metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in project management and engineering practices.
• Participate in product innovation and continuous process improvement; contribute invention reports.

Job Description

To execute Product development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection ensure the work packages are completed meeting Time, Quality & cost targets.

Product Engineering: Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Management: Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Quality And Risk Management: Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement

Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering

Innovation Management: Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports
