Job summary

Phenom is seeking a PDE II – Python Developer with strong backend experience to design and build scalable applications in a fast-paced product environment in Hyderabad. You will design systems, write efficient code, and contribute to product innovation.

You will work on REST APIs, microservices, and data stores, collaborating with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams. The role emphasizes ownership, performance tuning, and clean code in a modern cloud stack.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in backend development with Python.
• Strong experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building RESTful services and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
