Job summary

Phenom People in Hyderabad is seeking a lead software architect to define long-term technical architecture for our SAAS platform. You will direct product development efforts and shape scalable systems that power our talent experience solutions.

We expect 4-5 years of software development and 2+ years of leading development teams, with strong Java, React, cloud (AWS/Azure) experience and excellent communication. A hands-on, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of software development experience in core Java and related tech.
• Experience leading development teams (2+ years).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offerings.
• Lead and direct product development efforts.
• Work independently on projects and collaboratively in fast-paced teams.
• Provide technical and analytical solutions for product ideas.
• Experience with third-party integrations is a plus.

What you'll do:

• Define long-termtechnical architectureto support SAAS offering, Lead and directproduct developmentefforts.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in softwaredevelopment,product developmentorganization experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadingdevelopmentteams.
• Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design andarchitecture
• Be able towork independentlyon a project-by project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea
• Good to have experience of integrations with Third Party offerings.

What you've done

• 4 - 5 years of Software Development experience in Core Java, MongoDB, Algorithm, Data Structures, Design Patterns.,
• Strong experience with React JS/ Angular JS, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in defining architecture and leading teams in design & development
• Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Eye fordesign aestheticsandattention to detailwith a good understanding ofUI/UXprinciples
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates fromIIT,BITS,&NIT are preferred.
