Job summary

Influcraft in India is seeking a product designer to shape a complex operations platform into intuitive, scalable experiences. You will design across creator and brand products, build wireframes, prototypes and a design system, and work closely with founders and engineers.

With 2+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio, you will translate user needs into clear interaction patterns, ensure responsive web interfaces, and advocate for usability throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio of shipped digital products.
• Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and systems.
• Strong visual design and typography fundamentals.
• Experience designing responsive web interfaces.
• Ability to prototype and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and product thinking.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and engineers.
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup.
